Stock Policy
Due to the uniqueness and hand-made quality of many items on our site, the dimensions and descriptions may not be exact or the same for every item. We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies that may occur when shipment is made.
All shipments are subject to inventory availability (except for items marked "In Stock").
Every effort is made to ensure that our web site accurately reflects what is available for shipment. While we update our inventory listings virtually every day, a small percentage of the products listed at any given time may be out of stock.
You will be notified via e-mail if an item is no longer available.
If an item is temporarily out of stock and we can verify that another shipment is expected, we will back-order the item for you.
- Your order will be kept on an active status and we will ship your entire order complete when the back-ordered item is available.
- Back-ordered items generally take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, but in exceptional circumstances this maybe longer.
- You will have the opportunity to cancel the out of stock item off your order, if you so desire.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to do partial shipments at this time.
