Returns and Refunds
If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund or exchange will be given, only if the product is in its own unopened box or container with receipt, and returned within thirty days of purchase. You will be responsible for any item(s) sent, until they reach us. It is advisable for your protection, to secure delivery with a method, requiring a signature.
Please could you include details of why the product has been returned, including full name, postal address and invoice number (if known).

When the product is returned in its original condition, a refund of your full amount will be given. All you have to pay for is postage of returned items.
If for some reason you have received the wrong products, or they are faulty, postage will be refunded.
